Relationships are a two-sided reciprocation. If one is not connected, the balance is broken. Not different when concerning the relationships between actors and directors. David Lean and Katherine Hepburn show in this movie that when actor and director are connected, it works marvellously. This shows throught this small movie of 1955 in which Hepburn is a single woman from Ohio that falls in love with a caliente italian lover played by Rozzano Brazzi. In this specific scene, Hepburn realizes Brazzi lied to her about a certain ancient Venietian tassel she bought at his store that was supposed to be very rare. I could pick several scenes from this movie to show how Katherine looks so natural and at ease. But I picked this one but I laughed my ass off when I watched. Result of a good relationship between a master director and a master actress. Enjoy!
